ECR: provides incorrect information/disappears from the mid.
@AmazonHelp They may be the best team from the company's perspective,bt not from the customer's. My complaint has been pending since 21 May,n I am still waiting for a proper update.The issue has been mishandled N I have received misleading information.Pls share the next level of escalation.
@amaronofficial The battery is only 1 year old, and now itโs completely down. It was urgent, but your shop was not able to help me on the spot. Neither did you have an extra battery, nor were you able to provide a jump start. Now you have taken my battery and asked me to wait for 2 days.
