@thecurious_12 Exactly the same thing happened with me as well. Got an email 2 days ago. Just the first name is different and remaining names the same. Also noticed that the evidence mentioned in the report is the same as other incidents in previous comments.

Paid ₹17,587 to @Broomees for 12-month babysitter for my 6-month-old (Inv #INV-BBB-25-00212). Despite clear requirements, Broomees failed to provide a SUITABLE helper in 7 days as per their own T&C.

How is this even acceptable. Even assuming that this express train runs at just 70 kmph, it should have covered the distance in 1h.

Train parked but doors dont open for 2 mins, some time later only one door opens bcoz the other door of H1 coach is locked from outside and folks need to carry their luggage from one end till the other.
