The Tribal Welfare Department, Government of Tripura, successfully organized a 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐓 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭-𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐣𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐲𝐚 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐚 𝐔𝐭𝐬𝐚𝐯 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – “𝐁𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐚 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭” at Pragna Bhawan, Agartala.

Hon’ble Governor of Tripura graciously interacted with students and beneficiaries, encouraging the youth to pursue higher education and make full use of the educational support provided by the Government.
The occasion also witnessed the launch of the 𝐅𝐑𝐀 𝐀𝐭𝐥𝐚𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐭𝐥𝐚𝐬, important initiatives aimed at strengthening tribal development planning and promoting data-driven governance in the State.

The programme reflected the Government’s continued commitment towards empowerment, education, and inclusive development of tribal communities in Tripura.

Under 𝐉𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐢 𝐀𝐛𝐡𝐢𝐲𝐚𝐧 – 𝐒𝐚𝐛𝐬𝐞 𝐃𝐨𝐨𝐫, 𝐒𝐚𝐛𝐬𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐡𝐥𝐞, voices from the grassroots are being heard and addressed effectively.

Preparatory Meeting for “Dharti Aaba Janbhagidari Abhiyan”
An important coordination meeting was held today at the Directorate of Tribal Welfare, Tripura, under the chairmanship of the Director, Tribal Welfare Dept., with DWO, SDWOs, and Hostel Superintendents of NGOs and ST Govt. Hostels under West Tripura.
The meeting focused on planning awareness and engagement activities in hostels ahead of the upcoming “Dharti Aaba Janbhagidari Abhiyan (Awareness & Benefit Saturation Camps)”, scheduled from 15th to 30th June 2025.
