@airindia My 16th March2024 AI102(JFK-Delhi) Flight (booking 2LU6PY)was cancelled after holding us for 8hrs in panic and uncertainty. E-ticket # 098704276183201. my return flight was scheduled on 20th March, My request is can you please rebook me on 31st March and retun 4thApril.

@airindia As I have to purchase a new ticket with higher cost, Airindia has to provide a compensation for the fares difference and other losses due to this travel disturbance.

@airindia Most importantly Airindia hijacked passenger for 10hrs and then releasing passengers to go home with no choice and asking passengers to follow up customer care for next and then saying can’t provide alternate flight after 3days of cancellation. Is not this a torture to customer?

travel agent contacted AI, and told that AI won’t provide any alternative flight option after 3days of flight cancellation, you should have provided alternative option on same day or latest by next day, but AI didn’t do that. Requesting for compensation for this disaster.

GOI took control of Unitech in Jan 2020 and appointed a new Board of Directors comprising of retired and useless IAS officers and retired SC judges along with few business men, who all has the only interest of getting their fat salary out of our money.
