I visited Kopikar Gas Service (HP Gas) Airoli for new connection wherein the staff gave me one form to sign where they have written that we are not forcing to buy new gas stove. However on other hand they are forcing us to submit bill of old gas stove.

@MoPNG_eSeva My concern is that if the old gas stove bill is required then it should be mentioned on the official form which is to be filled. Just so that they can increase the sell of gas stove they have created the rule themselves. What if someone has purchased gas stove 2 years back ?
