@HWRK_Magazine Why not make exams simply key-board written instead of handwritten? It would solve so many problems, for the candidates with illegible handwriting having to prove their intelligence on paper and for the exam markers having to decipher them.
Developing a complete picture of multilingual learners is more than knowing their English language proficiency.
Deeper development uncovers who multilingual learners are as humans and how their other languages and experiences interact with new language acquisition.
