One thing I’ve noticed about YTA so far:
When your audience is mostly 55+ and watching on TV, the RPM and retention both go up significantly.
Not the sexiest strategy… but it works really well.
Anyone else targeting older viewers with faceless content?
TV viewers are responsible for almost 50% of my total watch time, way more than mobile.
They stay longer and retain better. That’s the real reason RPM stays high on these channels.
Older audience + TV = strong combination.
My YouTube automation channel is getting the highest RPM from viewers 65+ years old.
They watch the longest and pay the best.
This is exactly why I target older audiences in most of my faceless channels.
Simple but very profitable.
