India is the most populated country in the world and a hotbed for chess. Over the coming weeks, months, and year, we will plan the distribution of 29,000 @thegiftofchess chess sets (1,000 per state) across India. These sets will reach schools, prisons, orphanages, and centers.
Our goal is to distribute 1 million chess sets globally by 2030, harnessing the power of chess to create a new generation of critical thinkers and connect each of us across the world in meaningful ways. Don’t just watch, join us!
Let’s use chess as a simple tool to expand access to education for millions of children across the world, because true education is building the capacity for critical thought. Don’t be distracted by the game of chess, it’s a simple tool. The magic is in the brains synapse.

Chess is providing these men with an intellectual identity…a safe space to experience the results of good decision making. Where good moves are celebrated and being smart commands the greatest respect.
