@kdevforum @MALimbavali @GBAChiefComm @krishnabgowda So sad to see this. Citizens r fined for every non-compliance. But authorities and politicians get away even after people die. What kind of injustice is this?

How many lives to loose before we get basic infra for #SarjapurRoad area?

#Kaikondrahalli junction uturn is a death trap with zero accountability by @MALimbavali or @GBAChiefComm.

@krishnabgowda pls address this. Enable Wipro CDP road, upgrade Kaikondrahalli junction and remove St Peter's uturn.

🚨 URGENT: Choodasandra Circle (Nandhini Junction) needs immediate attention!

Dear @BDAOfficialGok @Captain_Mani72 sir,

Choodasandra Circle on Jail Road, connecting Electronic City with the Bellandur IT corridor, is already one of the region’s major traffic choke points. Congestion here routinely spills over towards Kudlu/Hosur Road, Harlur and Sarjapur–Bellandur, creating severe gridlocks.

Amid this existing traffic chaos, how was approval given for Lodha Haven here, and it's exit gate to directly join the signal at #Choodasandra Circle?

This is a serious traffic-planning concern. Adding a major residential exit directly at the signal could further disrupt traffic flow and create additional conflict points at an already overloaded junction.

More importantly, emergency vehicles such as ambulances are already struggling to pass through this choke point. Any further obstruction could have serious consequences.

🙏 We urge the concerned authorities to immediately review the access plan and instruct Lodha Haven not to connect its layout road directly to the Choodasandra signal.

Please act before the problem becomes irreversible.

0.36-second news that may shock you, Shivanna @b_shivanna177 avarey! 😄⬇️

https://t.co/oTve61FXxk

Imagine Kannada news channels @firstpost asking you:

“Shivanna avarey, Doddamara Road ge yaake ee gati?”

A techie has now turned the worst road stretches of Doddamara Road, Shantipura Panchayat, into a song “TAX ME”, and it is getting people talking.

When a road problem becomes a song, a story and news content, perhaps it’s time for the authorities to take notice.

The question is simple: Will the next headline be about the song… or about a new road finally being laid?

You cannot remotely imagine how extraordinary this is.
Maintaining a 6:00 min/km pace for 122 km at an altitude ranging from 12,000 to 17,000 feet is simply out of this world. It means running for 12 hours and 12 minutes at an average speed of nearly 10 km/h. 99.9% of people wouldn’t even be able to run a sub 1 hour 10K on a flat track at sea level. Mindfukinblowing 🤯

[SaveBellandur(ಬೆಳ್ಳಂದೂರು ಉಳಿಸಿ) @kdevforum]

No, it's not #Bellandur lake,it's #Kasavanahalli lake, South Bengaluru ward 31.

@bwssbchairman pls enable sub main lines laid for homes immediately, expedite STP for the area. Sewage is spoiling the liveability and environment.

Sewage, chemicals seem to be seeping into the lake as the diversion channel & surrounding also is in a mess with stagnant sewage.

@krishnabgowda @GBA_office @GBAChiefComm we have a very good @comm_blr_south in Mr.Ramesh, who has got the citizen pulse, front ending lot of good initiatives right from transparency to execution involving social audit, leading with empathy towards citizen problems. He has really pushed the ward level system move & it will take 1-2 yrs to show results.
We request you to give him another year as he has hit the execute mode now. It will be a huge loss for #ITCorridor like #Kasavanahalli Ward31, if he is let go. On behalf of 30+ RWAs, we request you to retain him and help in governance and administration.

@kdevforum @comm_blr_south Our Citizens also need to have civic sense and take responsibility to not dump behind a temple. BSWML team needs to clear this space thoroughly including scrape out the muck and make it look completely clean. Otherwise the black spot just keeps returning

[SaveBellandur(ಬೆಳ್ಳಂದೂರು ಉಳಿಸಿ) @kdevforum]

@comm_blr_south sir while our focus was on works and enable basic infra, Solid waste management for #Kasavanahalli Ward31 needs your approval of #Microplan. Without this, about 10000 families are suffering across the ward without proper collection. Commercial dumping is evident.

[Tejasvi Surya @Tejasvi_Surya]

The State Government seems convinced there is a ₹40,000 crore treasure at the end of the Tunnel Road. Nothing else explains its obsession with this stupid and unnecessary project.

To facilitate the Long and Short Tunnel Roads, it weakened three important protections Bengaluru fought decades to build.

First, the Parks Act was amended to allow diversion of 5% of park land.

Second, the Karnataka Tank Conservation Act was amended to reduce the lake buffer from 30 metres to just 3 metres, facilitating acquisition of 3.5 acres of Hebbal Lake for the Short Tunnel.

Third, Section 19 of the BMLTA Act was amended, weakening independent scientific scrutiny of these projects and undoing nearly two decades of citizen activism for coordinated urban transport planning.

For two unnecessary projects, the Government has weakened protection of our parks, lakes and water security, and compromised scientific transport planning.

Citizen pressure has forced a review of the Parks Act amendment. Now we must restore the Tank Conservation Act and the authority of BMLTA.

Let’s do this, Bengaluru.

@kdevforum @MansoorKhanINC It was a pleasure meeting MP @MansoorKhanINC. Walkability is the biggest win ORR can get in today’s chaos given that Metro is going to be delayed. Also, without grid roads, starting Sarjapur metro works will devastate this entire area around Sarjapur Road. Let’s make these happen

It was a pleasure to meet the delegation of residents' groups from #Bengaluru's Sarjapur corridor at my residence this evening.

The issues of the Sarjapur corridor were also my election issue during the Bangalore Central Lok Sabha campaign. They remain a priority.

I have extended our complete support and full cooperation to engage with this cause. We stand with the residents of Sarjapur, Iblur, Muthanallur, Kasavanahalli and the surrounding areas of Bengaluru. Also assured them that I will bring their work to the attention of Minister for Greater Bengaluru Development Shri @krishnabgowda and the concerned @GBA_office and @OfficialBMRCL officials.

My sincere appreciation to Mukund Kumar (Save Our Sarjapura, Iblur Environs Trust), @NareshSadasivan (Muthanallur Residents Federation), and Vishnu Prasad and Sudarshan Shastry (Kasavanahalli Development Forum).
