@OEcare Lens has failed, confirmed by Southampton Optical Express. Following countless telephone calls & emails, my husband is still no closer to getting his eyesight corrected. This is now affecting his daily life.

@OpticalExpress @OEcare My husband has been waiting for corrective eye surgery for an optical lens fitted by Optical Express that has failed. Initial visit and confirmation of this on 10 May - still waiting for Optical Express op date - despite him phoning weekly!
