@BBCBreakfast waiting lists and corridor care are 2 separate issues. Corridor care is an overspill from A&E, patients are called ‘borders’ on wards and are being nursed on corridors of wards with no call bells etc. no privacy or dignity at all.

@KnowsleyCouncil the lights at Aldi/Wilson Rd are not synced with those at Whitefield/Cronton Rd, constant queues, nothing to do with roadworks. Wasted money on double yellow lines too!

@KnowsleyCouncil apparently roadworks on Tarbock Island/Cronton Rd have finished , but the slip rd from M62 is closed again. Cronton Rd up to and past Whitefield Lane the traffic is a nightmare. The lights at Aldi/ Wilson Rd are not in sync with those on Whitefield Lane sort it!

@O2 how bad is your complaints procedure? I have had 2 email acknowledgments emails but never heard back. When I used the direct messenger I was told that there was
no record of my complaint so I was passed to a supervisor who assured me it would be dealt with 2 wks ago!
