@studomigan @IanG1878 Agreed, but in addition to that, the PL rules at that time did not allow for points deductions in the same season, which is Burnley’s argument. So surely the issue is with the PL?

@EFCLyndon @CrawfordTartan One point I don’t quite understand. Burnley argue that the points deduction should have taken place in the 21/22 season. However, the PL rules didn’t allow for that at that time. (The process has since been expedited). So surely Burnley’s argument becomes irrelevant doesn’t it?

@TacticallyMatt I have read a view which speculates that TFG will have secured an indemnity from Moshiri in the sale agreement. In addition, EFC’s recent statement says no effect.
