Restrictions calming down in Northern Ireland.
Time to take a long break.
Things are far from over, and the future looks bleak.
Still, I'm leaving Twitter. Any local folks from the last few years wanna make an in-person friendship, now's the time to get in touch! :D
So, some people won't go out because they're angry about vax passes, and others won't go out because the vax pass was removed.
The rolls another spool onto the disaster these restrictions have been for business.
The wound is deep, and the price will be steep.
If you spent the past two years sitting on your hole not learning a thing or getting involved in reality...well, you know how you react in a crisis...like a little bitch.
So, you get the global temperature down to a certain temperature. Then what? This planet isn't made for permanent homeostasis with humans, we are merely visitors until it decides otherwise.
You could reduce the temperature to X, but the planet/universe can undo it all in a day.
@WayWatercourse@UFUHQ How does one adapt to losing the biggest factor of economic input and output in this country? What do we eat? It just sounds like hell with a lower temperature!
Prices rising above inflation is a surefire sign that the working class are being milked dry, the money filtered up at a greater rate than ever.

In the end, we mostly all have good intent, and we're all easily manipulated.
Let's chill out and get on with each other
Hi,
The response to covid was one of the most insane and stupid reactions in human history.
The future and the past is laughing at us.
We will go down as the worst generations in human history, unless the next one manages to screw up worse.
When living costs become unsustainable in April, remember, this is what people wanted.
The consequences are coming, and they will be worse than covid.
This was obvious from DAY ONE.
Who would have thought bringing a country/planet to a halt for nearly two years would cause a cost of living crisis? And the other million negative consequences.
How can another brutal recession be anything but inevitable as family purses run dry?
2008 was bad enough...
