In my opinion, weight loss takes 5 core traits; consistency, dedication, self-control, discipline, & patience. These traits can be applied to any other areas of life as well & I find it nearly impossible to not see results if you do so
I don't need to provide a reason why I don't want to hear about dying or sick animals, or why I don't want a picture, or why I don't want to share something traumatic with you! I just don't, now move on! I hope to god these people aren't like this with physical boundaries too!!
Whats even the point of setting boundaries if people just ignore them? You can blatantly say "I don't want to talk about that" or "I don't want to do that" and most people will just keep going or demand to know why. I

My mom told me once that ahe only eats 700 cals per day but can't stop gaining weight and I was like 🙄 you know I've seen you eat more than that in one meal right
