This video was captured from Islamabad Safe City cameras on 20/2/25, and its formal forensic analysis has also been completed. It can be clearly seen in the video that a speeding black Reborn vehicle, which has no number plate, crushes an innocent citizen while drifting, resulting in his death. The most regrettable thing is that the case of this serious incident was registered after about 20 days, while the victim’s family is still desperate for justice. #CAOTG
The deceased has left behind three young children, for whom he was the sole breadwinner, while his elderly parents are also waiting for justice in a state of severe shock and grief. The family is suffering from mental anguish.

سلمان اکرم راجہ اور کاشف عباسی کے درمیان ARY شو میں اس بات پر اتفاق ہوا کہ آئینی ترامیم بعد اب مستقبل میں پہلے تین سینیر ججز حکومت کے خلاف فیصلے دیتے وقت کچھ لحاظ کریں گے۔
مطلب وہ ڈریں گے کہ انہوں نے چیف جسٹس لگنا ہے۔لہذا وہی فیصلہ کرو جو حکومت چاہتی ہے۔مطلب کہ جج ہو کر اپنے عہدے کے لیے انصاف کا قتل کرو؟
میں اپنے دونوں قابل احترام دوستوں کی بات سے مکمل اتفاق کرتا ہوں۔
لیکن یہ سوال کون اٹھائے گا کہ اعلی عدلیہ میں سپریم کورٹ میں ایسے ججز کیسے بھرتی کر دیے گئے ہیں جو وہاں انصاف کرنے نہیں بلکہ چیف جسٹس بننے گئے ہیں اور اگر ان کے سخت اور انصاف پر مبنی فیصلوں سے ان کے چیف جسٹس بننے کے امکانات کم ہونے لگے تو وہ حکومتوں کے حق میں فیصلے دینا شروع کر دیں گے؟
ہم نے تو سنا اور پڑھا تھا کہ قیامت کے روز ان سب سے پوچھا جائے گا کہ کیا تم نے انصاف کیا؟
ہمیں تو بتایا گیا تھا کہ آسمان گرتا ہے تو گرنے دو لیکن انصاف ہوگا۔تو پھر یہ قابل احترام ججز صرف چیف جج لگنے کے لیے انصاف نہیں کریں گے؟ کیا کوئی جج انصاف صرف چیف جسٹس بن کر ہی کر سکتا ہے ورنہ نہیں ؟ کیا خدا نے بھی کوئی ایسی شرط رکھی تھی کہ اگر چیف جسٹس بن جائو تو پھر انصاف کرنا ورنہ عہدے کی خاطر انصاف کا قتل کر دینا؟
یا تو ان قابل احترام ججز بارے ہماری غلط فہمی ہے اور وہ سب انتہائی قابل اور ایماندار ہیں جو ڈٹ کر انصاف کریں گے نہ کہ چیف جنج بننے کے لیے انصاف کا قتل کریں گے۔
خدانخواستہ اگر ایسا ہوا تو وہ جج بننے کے قابل نہ ہی تھے۔ پھر ایسے جج صاحبان کے لیے ٹی وی شوز میں رولا ڈالنا، عوام کا سڑکوں پر ہنگامے کرنا، ان کے حق میں کھڑا ہونا یا لڑنا فضول ہے۔ وہ عہدوں کے لیے جج بنے تھے انصاف کرنے نہیں۔ پھر تو ایسے ججز کو کسی بھی temptation سے گھیرا جاسکتا ہے اس کے لیے چیف جسٹس بنانا ضروری نہیں۔ 🙏
