Passport renewal via @Alankit_Global in Germany is stalled since October 16th. I must travel for unavoidable personal circumstances. Outsourcing essential services to providers that ignore citizens is unacceptable. We deserve better service!

Extremely dissatisfied with @Alankit_Global’s passport renewal service. Sent document via postal service in October 2025. Status stuck on “Courier received but not verified”. Helpline unhelpful, emails ignored for 10+ days. Paying for an unhelpful service.
