Buyers should not be made to suffer any more for that, as there has already been inordinate delay in possession of their flats. Please work out some way with builder and give NOC at the earliest.

They are certainly not above Law. Needless w say MMRDA knows the way out. After all u r the Metropolitan Region Development Authority.

@rohanvaidya1983 @CMOMaharashtra @mieknathshinde We totally understand the seriousness of the situation but just as you all are helpless even we have to wait for the builder to submit the Title Certificate for RHS Land to MMRDA. As an authority we also have to abide by the norms set.
