What is this @makemytrip , the air ticket I purchased on your app for Rs. 6343 of Indigo, shows a fare of Rs. 4873 on the itenary received from Indigo. Why Rs. 1470 excess has been charged.

@airindiain I had contacted the customer care number, but they told to approach the Air India Booking office, even on your website it is mentioned that name and route change can be done from any Air India Ticket Booking offices but ticketing office at Ranchi refused to do the name change
