Separately, there's probably tons of rich RL data you can generate from these Minecraft experiments as there's lots of rewards you can measure - resource allocation over time, health, etc.

There are two primary way LLMs learn today. One is through imitation (pre-training) and the other is through experimentation (RL). We came across this repo on creating an RL environment for LLMs in Minecraft and thought it would be cool to expand upon it and create an arena for LLMs to compete for survival.

For example, what would happen if you removed living rooms from houses - would it make people more or less social? In theory, you could run thousands of simulations like this in parallel, to better understand the ripple socioeconomic impact of these decisions.
