All of this stuff comes from people who don't realize God is the wellspring of life and abundance. The hustlers mindset is lack, low vibration, cortisol induced cope, literally coping with the environment.
Living should be easy and enjoyable. Yes you should push yourself at the gym, but you shouldn't strain yourself, you shouldn't damage yourself. Exerting effort that's enjoyable is peak living, but exerting effort that feels strained means there are chokepoints that need to be addressed asap.
You shouldn't grind yourself down to a pulp in order to make money, just so now the only purpose of this money is to recover your health you lost by making it.
Evade the trap and enjoy living life, enjoy muscle contractions at the gym, enjoy the food you eat. If you're not enjoying something then it's just not serving you.
If you don't enjoy something figure out a way that you can enjoy it, or stop doing it.
