I have a Crestron Adagio AES whole house system complete with AAS, and XM tuner. The XM tuner card is acting up and I suspect needs a new antenna. The house was completely wired during the original construction, and the current antenna wiring goes through a completely finished basement.
Looking for recommendations for a quality current or previous installer that can help me out.
@Cheryl4moco@mcpnews It is a shame that our County Government does not support our police or want to make our streets safe again... https://t.co/ugr5Fbw3si
Reardon Sullivan, the chairman of the Committee for Better Government, said he wants to see county executive term limits on the ballot because "it's the right thing to do." https://t.co/Ksboexj0aI
@Rodas_Alex90 @PotomacPeck Alex - Thanks for reaching out. We have obtained the required number of signatures to get term limits on the ballot. We are asking people to tell their friend to suppoert the measure when it is on the ballot.
The County Council is planning to vote to override the “Ficker Amendment” and put a referendum on the ballot to make it easier to raise taxes.
The current County Charter requires a unanimous vote of the County Council to raise taxes. The requirement was just put in place in 2008 by a vote of the people to limit the excessive tax increases.
If we want to stop this measure we must show up at the Council hearing on July 16 at 1:30 pm, and to call and e-mail all the members of the County Council and tell them “NO” to overriding the 2008 ballot amendment.
I am concerned about the state of Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS). Therefore, I am supporting Brenda Diaz for school board.
MCPS has been plagued with poor performance on the national stage, with financial payouts, scandals, and teacher retention problems.
I believe Brenda Diaz, as a local mom with 20 years of teaching experience and kids in MCPS, is the right choice for bringing positive change. She supports academic excellence and increased safety in schools. Brenda Diaz brings relevant experience, local understanding, and a commitment to improving MCPS.
Contrast Brenda Diaz with Natalie Zimmerman. Zimmerman is a 26-year-old, gender and health graduate with only 5 years’ teaching experience and a newcomer to the County. A person with no children, very little experience, who wants to allow MCPS to keep secrets from parents should not be on the MCPS school board. I question her qualifications and alignment with parents, particularly her stance on transparency.
Let’s get behind Brenda and bring positive change to our schools.
@SmPotatoes@andi0304@HalversonLaurie The Council will try to frame the term limits positon as a Republican plot even though only 40% of the signers of the preliminary signers are Republican. https://t.co/wmMh1uwFuU
@andi0304@HalversonLaurie@SmPotatoes Unfortunately, some members of the council are framing term limits as a Republican plot and not just good governance. Please see: https://t.co/wmMh1uwFuU
