Tonight I've asked to speak to a manager and was transferred back into the general queue (after waiting 40 mins to speak to someone) when the office is closed... laughable...

@SSE @YourSSE Possibly the worst customer service I have received in years. Your agents cant even confirm if a complaint has been logged after 15+ calls, waiting hours on hold, live chats and twitter DMS. Tonight I've been lied to again, by multiple agents. Is this really.......

Is gym etiquette not a thing anymore or something. Guy at the gym asks how many sets I have left, I was on my last set. But then he asked twice if I was done and then before I could even unload the weight or wipe down the machine he moves a bench into the platform #gymetiquette
