I now expect a smooth cancellation process and request a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of my annual recharge.

@Livpure_India @LivpureSmart
An RO leakage complaint was raised on 17th July and no one has come to fix it yet. This is not the first time. Your rented purifier keeps developing leakage, filter, and other issues. I keep raising service requests for the same machine.

[Sumit Dubey @SumitDubey4]

@Livpure_India @Livpure_India

I cannot keep paying for drinking water from outside while also paying Livpure for a service that isn't being provided.

[Sumit Dubey @SumitDubey4]

@Livpure_India @Livpure_India

I prepaid for a full year, yet I was left with a leaking RO, poor water quality, no technician visits, and repeated requests to "please be patient."

[Sumit Dubey @SumitDubey4]

@Livpure_India @Livpure_India

This response comes too late. I have already initiated the cancellation of my subscription.

[Sumit Dubey @SumitDubey4]

@Livpure_India @LivpureSmart had no problem taking my 1 year recharge in April 2026. But when it's time to provide service, all I get is silence.

If you can't support customers, stop selling annual plans.

Customers shouldn't have to beg for a service they've already paid for.

[Sumit Dubey @SumitDubey4]

@Livpure_India @LivpureSmart
You asked me to "please be patient." Another day has passed, and Livpure still sent no one. My RO leakage complaint was raised on 17th July, and I'm still waiting for an engineer. Is this the level of service customers are expected to accept?

[Sumit Dubey @SumitDubey4]

@Livpure_India @LivpureSmart @Livpure_India @LivpureSmart Another day is over, and no one showed up.

[Sumit Dubey @SumitDubey4]

@Livpure_India @LivpureSmart
It's ironic that after raising an RO leakage complaint on 17th July, your response today is still, "Please be patient." How much patience do you expect from a customer who has been waiting for days with a leaking purifier?

[Sumit Dubey @SumitDubey4]

@Livpure_India @LivpureSmart Stop asking for patience & start providing service.

[Sumit Dubey @SumitDubey4]

@Livpure_India @Livpure_India
"Please be patient"? The complaint was raised on 17th July. How much patience do you expect from a customer whose RO has been leaking all this time? Instead of sending template responses, please provide a confirmed engineer visit and resolve the issue.

@makemytripcare @makemytrip @makemytripcare

Interesting business model: sell certainty, deliver uncertainty, call it customer service.

The customer bears the risk. The company issues a refund. Apparently that's accountability.

[Sumit Dubey @SumitDubey4]

Booked an outstation cab with @makemytrip 12 days in advance to catch a flight from Agra. Pickup time has already passed and there's still no driver. No proactive update, no call, nothing. If you can't honor confirmed bookings, stop selling them.

[Sumit Dubey @SumitDubey4]

@makemytripcare Shared booking ID via DM.

A cab booked 12 days in advance was cancelled AFTER the pickup time. No driver. No call. No update. No backup arrangement.

For an airport transfer, this is complete negligence.

How is this acceptable?

Rathee is one of the most insecure and cowardly influencers around, constantly posturing as brave, but retreating the moment he’s challenged.

He claimed his video would "destroy" the film Dhurandhar. But once it went live, the response didn’t go his way. The comments were filled with people calling out the flaws and contradictions in his so-called analysis, and that clearly rattled him.

Instead of engaging, he shut down the comments, quietly deleted the unfavourable ones, and later reopened the section only for subscribers, ensuring a carefully curated stream of praise.

This pattern mirrors his behaviour on Twitter as well, where he has blocked large numbers of users pre-emptively, without any interaction, simply to avoid uncomfortable or questioning replies under his posts.
