@FedEx I received notification that my delivery would arrive today and made arrangements to be home all day. At 430 I get a notification that the package couldn't be delivered due to wrong address. Not true, address is accurate and confirmed. Way to manipulate your metrics!

@Bell the new modem arrived and it's the same issue. Modem is not working. Tech support says it might be the fibre line into my house. However I have to wait until tomorrow afternoon for someone to show up. That will be 5 days of no internet. Absolutely ridiculous!

@Bell called to upgrade my internet. Assured a new modem would arrive on Sat. and was sent a confirm#. Stayed home but it never showed up. When I called today I was told that was just an estimate and to allow 3-5 days. @Bell = push the sale, make things up, terrible logistics.

@UPS_Canada your website says an item was delivered and when I click the "proof" link it doesn't show any proof, it just regurgitates the same info from your website. That's not proof! It's 2022 take a picture when and where the package is delivered.

@FedExCanada Expected delivery 2 days ago. Each day the tracking says cannot locate recipient.Just called your custserv & they have my correct address & could find my address on google maps. She called the warehouse & conviently was told the system was down. Need delivery asap.
