@BBCNews Yep it begs belief! As a motorhome owner I can’t believe she had zero knowledge, a substantial amount of items will have been purchased for its use & strong chance they were members of the caravan & motorhome club. I hope records/bookings are checked with them & cross referenced

@GMB I can’t help but think doing away with jury trials kills 3 labour problems, lowers costs, provides an opportunity to let people off - or “soften” sentencing which reduces the backlog, which in tern reduces the number of short term prison custody numbers…

@MartinSLewis So is it logical that I can claim for mis sold fuel at Esso too? I mean the pump told me how much it was and I accepted, the forecourt didn’t offer BP, Texaco or shell either. They didn’t inform me how much profit the station was getting for using their fuel…surely mis sold?
