All students and staff are safe. All schools, including SHS, will move to “Normal” protocol and resume normal school operations. After a full search of the school building and grounds by law enforcement, there has not been an identified threat.
All @summitk12 are now operating under normal conditions and the lockdown/secure orders have been cancelled. The @SummitSheriffCO is continuing their investigation with the FBI and there is no related threat to the community.
All @summitk12 schools are currently on lockdown status due to a reported threat of violence. All students and staff are safe and there is not an active threat. @SummitSheriffCO is conducting a methodical process to evaluate the threat. Updates forthcoming.
