🎲 又发现一个独立游戏神器 Claude Code Game Studios，一个人就能在 Claude Code 里拉起一整个 AI 游戏工作室。

今年 2 月才建的仓库，GitHub 已经 2.8 万 star、四千多个 fork，10 月刚发了 v1.2.0，离上一个版本才隔了十来天。

以前一个人做游戏，策划、程序、测试全得自己扛，跟 AI 聊也只是一个窗口来回问。

Claude Code Game Studios 把它搭成了���作室的样子：49 个智能体分三层，创意、技术、制作人三位总监拍板，部门主管和专家在下面干活，Godot 4、Unity、Unreal 5 各有对应的引擎专家。

最有意思的是 README 里的一组对比：同一份需求按不同严谨度做了四款游戏，开工前写了 30 份文档的那一版，反而被两名盲审和一次真人试玩排在最后。所以默认档就是最轻的那一档，而玩家能看到的东西必须真跑起来、留下截图才算完成。

文档写得再多，不如先让游戏跑起来。

聊聊黄果短剧是怎么做的。

◉配置推荐：windows，5070ti显卡，32G及以上内存。为什么推荐5070ti，首先价位低的5060ti 16g，能跑但是慢。高一档的5080提升有限，5090太贵了一般人买不起。5070ti就是比较甜点的兼顾价格和速度的档位。当然不差钱的可以上更好的显卡，好的显卡优势表现在于一次能跑更高的分辨率，更长的视频，以及更快的视频生成速度。

◉找一个好破限的harness，比如workbuddy/hermes/pi等。先把harness破限。具体用什么破限，开源社区一堆，油管上也有人发。

◉写剧本和提示词的模型推荐反代反重力里的，所有Gemini的模型都推荐。

◉角色图/图片资产：无尺度的用Nano banana/GPT image，有尺度的去comfyui用Qwen image 2.1。

◉音频优先考虑Fish Audio。

◉视频模型选择：优先选择Minimax h3，C站有特调模型，搭配4步加速lora。如果自己不会搭工作流，推荐B站的T8，宏雷，金鱼，有现成的喂饭教程，还会附带工作流成品。
工作流以多图参考为主，辅以首尾帧。
至于wan2.2，首先优化不行，生成速度比h3慢一个量级。其次不支持同步生成音频，后期工作量大。但是nsfw方面仍然领先，适合针对性部分的任务。普通用户选择int8的量化模型即可，没必要上bf16。多付出的时间和质量不成正比。
