@haaycanucks I took my kids 2 a Raptors game once & there was a woman behind us who chanted 'lets go raptors' the e.n.t.i.r.e game. It wasn't annoying because she was a woman, it was annoying becuz none of us could concentrate on the game we paid good money to watch. Not always about gender.

@CBCEyeopener ALL dog owners should be tested with their dogs every other year. Tags must b worn as proof. Failed test would require training then a retest. I walk all the time & see dogs daily losing their minds at the end of their leashes. Usually retriever & husky types.
