@NAICOM_NG Dear sir,
I lodged a complaint in August 2023 how African Alliance Plc failed to pay my money of the Money Appreciation Plan Policy which I did with them and for good two years of my savings with them has been held without paying me but unfortunately, since 2023 NAIC
LOCAL GOVERNMENT AUTONOMY, I HAVE AN AGENDA.......
So, don't waste your time on my TL asking "What are you up to".....I am up to something.. I HAVE AN AGENDA!
Why is Gov Seyi Makinde against Local Govt Autonomy and why are many of the Governors against LGA autonomy? MONEY.....
If a State like Oyo State that has 33 LGAs have Governor Seyi Makinde like several States saying they are against LGAs autonomy, the question is, where is the money meant for LGAs in 7 years that he's been governing?
Look at it this way and use it to COOK against all the States EXCEPT LAGOS where the LGAs are having their funds to do their things.
Afijio LGA in Oyo State since 2019 has gotten over N20 billion....
Ibadan North in 7 years has more than N25 billion
Ibadan South West has more than N25 billion...
Oyo State in 7 years has gotten N778.8 Billion.
Which means IF State Governors allow funds for LGAs to work for LGAs under them, they will not have much trouble because they can concentrate with weightier matters at the State level with State FAAC....
But. why are they not allowing LGA FAAC to be used in each LGA?
Pick any LGA in Oyo State and convince yourself that that particular LGA has enjoyed anything close to N20 billion allocation in 7 years be it in Road infrastructures, Primary Schools, Primary Health Care Centres, Parks, gardens, Street lights etc..... THAT IS THE AGENDA.
If 33 LGAs have average of N24 billion in 7 years, that will be equal to N792 billion so far FOR LGAs in one State.
Ok, divide it into two, take one part and USE one part for the LGAs, you will see miracle PHCs, Roads, Gardens and Parks, Recreation Centres, Good primary and Secondary Schools......
THINK: One LGA = 12 Wards....N25 billion, spread it across 12 wards and tell me you will not see Dubai in some of those Wards.
But NO, LGA funds in the hands of State Governors is like fresh manna from heaven on Saturday morning.
You see this AGENDA that you said I am cooking, please help me cook it for or against other Governors irrespective of their Political parties!
WHERE ARE THE BILLIONS?

Hunters in Oka Akoko have reportedly apprehended suspected bandits found with AK-47 rifles, drawing large crowds to the scene amid growing security concerns in Ondo State.
It is both dishonest and dangerous for Governor Seyi Makinde and his supporters to suddenly shift every security failure to the Presidency while pretending the state government has no responsibility in protecting lives and property. Lagos State today still benefits from security structures like the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) and Neighborhood Watch initiatives that were aggressively strengthened over two decades ago under Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration as governor. Those systems created faster local intelligence gathering, rapid intervention, and stronger community surveillance.
If Governor Seyi had invested half the same seriousness into building effective state-backed security architecture instead of endless political media optics, perhaps those innocent children would not have been taken far before being rescued. Security is not only about press statements after tragedy strikes. It is about preparedness, intelligence, coordination, and visible grassroots policing structures that work before disaster happens.
Let us stop pretending governors are powerless spectators. By constitutional and political reality, every governor remains the chief security officer of his state. Nigerians are therefore justified in asking difficult questions: what exactly has Oyo State’s massive security vote been used for? Has it truly gone into strengthening local intelligence, community policing support, surveillance systems, and rapid emergency response, or has governance now taken a back seat to premature presidential calculations and political ambition?
You cannot abandon proactive leadership, politicize every national issue, and then seek sympathy when citizens demand accountability. Leadership is measured in preparedness and results, not blame games and media appearances.
Fun fact:
If Peter Obi makes sense to you, Tinubu will never make sense to you.
If Tinubu makes sense to you, Peter Obi cannot make sense to you.
These gentlemen operate on totally different IQ levels. If after watching Tinubu's outing yesterday, you still find it hard to understand him and you are clapping for "Mr I will run for a single term to bring stability", it speaks more about your IQ than anything else.
