@Buccigross Beyond a desired ratings boost, he doesn't fit their style. Unless the desire is to completely change the decades long style of the show, which if that's the case, just get rid of it.
What's left to come out? He had a Standard Schnauzer named Himmler? He's a horrible candidate. We've already reached sunk cost fallacy voting here anyway (5 months from the election!), so people have already baked in his immorality into their calculus. If he wins, it is just based on our polarized environment, cost of living, and the war in Iran.
@uscfan981 Dudleys are top-5. I wouldn't include anything with Taker because his singles career overshadows any tag team work. It'd be like trying to put Rock & Sock in here. Hardy Boys probably should be on here too
@SnobbyScheffler 2. An open by 5 shots. Only around 10 people (I could only find 9, but could be wrong) have won the open by 5 or more. Everyone wants a green jacket more than a US Open, but 5 shots is dominating
@stevemiNumbers@HansMahncke Yes guy, you'd rather have a career intelligence person than a guy that worked at Blockbuster in 1999 who says he watched The Seige a lot while working. Only in the public sector is experience in the actually job you'll be tasked with is seen as a negative.
@MidwestGolfJake He just can't see the line and he's standing over the ball with no confidence. It's terrible TV and a bore to play with, but he's a young player so I'd give him a break
@Top100Rick When I caddied at East Like, players looked like this when they couldn't see the line. Even if as a caddie you tell them what the line is, they just can't visualize it and commit. It's terrible TV, but I empathize with him because he just can't see the line
I never said Obama refused to negotiate. I said he was unsuccessful. Rahm Emmanuel told Obama not to do health care because it will sink the rest of his legislative agenda and he was right. So it's not like there weren't voices speaking against this move at the time.
They absolutely jammed it through. It's not like they showed up to the vote and we're like "What? You guys said you would vote Yea." Only 1 Republican House member, Joseph Cao (R-LA) voted for ACA. All Republican Senators voted against it. 34 Blue dog House Democrats voted against it.
It is very fair to say that Republicans most likely wouldn't have negotiated in good faith the Obama administration regardless. But ACA sealed that deal and I just think you should have receipts if you're going to compare someone to Lincoln.
