@Gabb4all@lynxbrai1412@OurFavOnlineDoc Very true though.
The only thing I realized is, you’ll surely pay for accommodation and that rent is you paying someone else’s mortgage.
So once one is able to save for deposit, it’s a good idea to go for a small house.
@Gabb4all@lynxbrai1412@OurFavOnlineDoc Focus monthly on building your emergency fund and investments (small budget but consistently), and pay your other bills.
If you need to fund certain lifestyle, then get a side hustle.. Not on £2k a month!
@Gabb4all@lynxbrai1412@OurFavOnlineDoc You’ll surely need shelter.
Even if you find cheap rent, say 700, you’re still worse off LONG TERM.
With £2k wage, no need to save aggressively anymore. It’s assumed you already have your mortgage deposit.
Pay your mortgage 950 which builds your equity overtime (+ your deposit)
@OB_Commentary @OurFavOnlineDoc How can you talk after our country couldn’t save someone from snake bite.
Think out about it now..
Nigeria built a brand of not being fair to its people.
You have no idea!
