Placed Order ID 712710168056848384 with @PharmEasy on 11th May and what followed has been an extremely frustrating experience.

Delivery kept getting delayed repeatedly despite committed timelines.

After 4 days, the order was delivered when I was specifically unavailable, despite clear delivery instructions being shared.

On checking the packet later, I found 2 medicines missing. The app casually shows “Unable to source” — but not a single proactive call or update from PharmEasy informing me about this.

No clarity on refund status for undelivered medicines.

Ironically, when it comes to sales and order placement, there are endless calls from agents. But when medicines are unavailable or delivery fails, complete silence.

The automated chatbot is illogical and useless, and when trying customer care, all agents are perpetually “busy”.

This is not acceptable for a platform dealing with medicines and healthcare where timely delivery and communication are critical.

Customers deserve transparency, accountability, and basic customer support.

@PharmEasy please resolve this immediately and process the refund for the undelivered medicines without further delay.

Encroachment issue in K East Ward (Andheri East).

BMC conducted a clearing drive one morning, but by the same evening all the food stalls and shops were back occupying the footpaths and parts of the road.

The number of stalls outside Dominic Savio School Road has increased significantly in the past couple of months. Similar encroachments are visible on Mahakali Caves Road.

There is also heavy encroachment outside the Hanuman Temple and the Gurdwara, making it difficult for elderly residents and school children to safely cross the road.

Such drives become meaningless if encroachments return within hours. Request sustained enforcement.

Tried booking tickets from Mumbai to Kolhapur recently — everything waitlisted.

Why is such a critical route still so poorly connected by rail?

Mumbai–Kolhapur has effectively only 2 practical daily trains: – Koyna Express (day)
– Mahalaxmi Express (overnight, always overcrowded)

Earlier, Sahyadri Express added much-needed capacity, but post-COVID it was curtailed and never fully restored.

Result: – Long waitlists
– No seat availability
– Overdependence on one overnight train

Meanwhile, Mumbai–Ahmedabad has 15–18 direct trains daily.

Why this disparity?

Kolhapur supports: – industry & business
– students & working professionals
– major tourism (Mahalaxmi Temple)

Demand is clearly there — supply is not.
