I meant use of the chip as in the video, a simple NFC payment device. What you talk about is interesting, but indetification and surveillance are not the same. Law in Europe is not the law in China

I watched the video. Sure, such things are coming, some people will voluntarily implant this. A similar thing was done in Netherlands already a couple years ago. Most people will not be interested since a ring on your finger can do exactly the same job.
AI Agency will be a huge issue to deal with soon, I completely agree with that. No way around it. We already have close to 1 million cyborgs among us - people with cochlear implants. And the implanted tech will get more advanced. But evil plans by NGOs.... come on, governments and big corporations are far more dangerous.
