@CityPowerJhb Can someone please be honest and transparent with us as to what the actual reason is that we do not have electricity because the inconsistency in these updates is disrespectful to us receivers on so many levels! You do not even care to make sure your story adds up
@CityPowerJhb Yesterday the team was on site to install the cables and today they are draining water again? How did we get here from the water we drained 6 days ago? How did we move back to this stage?
@CityPowerJhb e Christmas! If we are deprioritised for whatever reason, please be transparent! Not only have you guys refused us a a service we pay for but you have infringed on our human rights and your apology to the inconvenience this has caused does not cut it!
@CityPowerJhb It’s been over 3 weeks now and every day there is an excuse that does not even align with the excuse they gave the day before, you are not even concern that your story aligns, that is how much you are not pressed that they are people who have been sitting without electricity sinc
@Property_bae@CityPowerJhb @JerryLubinda And then they blamed the rain, the tunnels are full off water! And now we back to cable replacement! It’s not going to end anytime soon
@oceanmastersa@CityPowerJhb Transparency and accountability are key! Every morning, we’re promised power restoration, yet nothing happens. If we’re not a priority, they should stop treating us like fools with false ETRs. They need to be honest about the situation so we know what to expect and how to plan!
@oceanmastersa@CityPowerJhb Basic services shouldn’t be compromised! The hundreds of tenants in Marshalltown, including myself, have nothing to do with Eskom’s debts we pay for electricity and deserve reliable service! Eskom can deal and approach directly those who owe them, it is only fair!
@CityPowerJhb@Lindoku08790232 It has not rained for three weeks! This reflects a lack of competence and urgency in addressing the needs of communities and areas that are often disregarded or deemed less important.
