Seeing a lot of people investing in token presales & angel rounds without understanding basic terms

Here are the most common terms you should know:

Token Generation Event [TGE] - The official token launch day where the token becomes tradeable

TGE Unlock - How many tokens you receive on the day of launch that are free to trade

Cliff - A period where you receive no tokens

Vesting - A period where you receive tokens spread out over time, with unlocks being either daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc (team decides)

Supply - Total number of tokens

Circulating Supply - The number of tokens currently available for trading on the secondary market

Market Cap - Price * circulating supply

Fully Diluted Market Cap [FDMC] - Price * total supply
I tend to look at this over the market cap, however a low circulating supply makes it easier to manipulate the FDMC

Fully Diluted Value [FDV] - The value of the token sale based on the fully diluted market cap
When I do my "how much is your presale worth" videos, I divide FDMC by the FDV they raised at to figure out the multiple on your investment

Investment Syndicate - A group that grants you access to investment deals not offered to individuals/retail investors. Many NFT communities offer these opportunities, such as @PGodjira, @NeoTokyoCode, @MomentumNFT_, @0xAlphaGEMs and of course my own group @WizardsCap
