Dear OnePlus, I've already shared my IMEI, contact no. & email via DM. My OnePlus 11 is only 2.5 yrs old. Pls advise the next course of action. If this is a known display issue, kindly confirm the resolution before I visit the SC.
@OnePlus_IN@oneplus@OnePlus_Support My OnePlus 11 has devolped a serious display issue despite no physical damage to screen (photos attchd). Green horizontal lines have appeared at top of display, and screen now fails to wake. Kindly investigate & provide a goodwill resolution

@OnePlus_IN@oneplus@OnePlus_Support OnePlus 11 has developed display fault. There is no physical damage to the screen (photos atchd), yet green horizontal lines appear at the top and the display now won't wake at all. Touch digitizer works completely and is visible on pad2.

@MotorolaIndia I purchased a new phone that developed a recurring issue immediately upon unboxing (within 1st week). Service centre says outcome of repair is uncertain. Iโm not comfortable with an experimental attempt on a brand-new device & request a prompt replacement.

Honda Cars India believes in monopoly and restrictive trade practices. It does not allow its customers to purchase original spare parts over the counter. It compels the customers to go to its monopoly service centers for the same.
