@indiatvnews @aajtak Very disappointing experience at Lenskart Pratap Nagar, Jaipur (04/02/2026). Store manager & staff misbehaved, threatened us and forcefully kept my spectacles (my personal property) saying it will not be returned.

I demand strict action against staff, written apology and immediate resolution. If not resolved within 2 days, I will approach Consumer Court.

New specs delivery time is 5 days — how can a person manage daily life without glasses? This shows total negligence and poor customer care.
My father (BP patient) was made to stand and wait for 1 hour and was mentally harassed. Such treatment of senior citizens is unacceptable.
