@marknb00 It might feel stupid for visual art, because in that case you only care abt how it looks. But for example, if it's a 'virtual real estate' lived by Obama in metaverse, it is somehow unique, and nft makes a slightly bit more sense, I guess?
@marknb00 I guess nft mainly applies for digital creations, like an artist makes a tablet drawing, and encodes it in blockchain world, so that there's only one encoded copy and they sell it to you. Although one can make a copy of the work that look the same, you have the 'real' one
