So disappointed with @emirates I booked and paid for twin seats. They changed the plane so not possible. Asked for a refund. They said after the flight which was 2nd October. So went through the complaints procedure. Heard Nothing. They've stolen my money. Won't even respond #bad

@O2 so you owe me nearly £200 said you'd pay into my account and send a cheque in wrong name. Then I call and am good I'd be called within 24 hours...that was a week ago... disgusting customer service. It's stealing and deliberately making it hard so you don't have to pay it back

Little Ralphie has spent most of his life at GOSH after he was diagnosed with leukaemia at 4 weeks.

He was in hospital for more than 130 days before his parents heard the the news they’d been dreaming of... no cancer cells could be detected and it was time to go home 💜
