@CapitecBankSA Not a single response or acknowledgment from your “Info Forex” or “Service Recovery”. Twitter help does respond but they keep sending me back to the unresponsive departments. I think I’ve been patient enough. Don’t offer services you clearly can’t provide!

@CapitecBankSA a forex bank transfer that’s supposed to take 3-5 working days has still not reflected since 27 Feb making that 12 working days. This has been “escalated” but I’ve just been sent from pillar to post with no resolution or reason.
