Startups are HARD -- We pivoted before our launch video even got released :(
In April, we had planned a solid GTM and launch for @getOrcas. Our copy for every channel was ready, and we were honestly expecting it to blow up. AI agent orchestration was at its peak.
We almost made it into 3 accelerators that were ready to fund us from day one. We were all set to move to SF, but our visas got rejected. That same week, the investor we were in the final stages with pulled out. We had no idea how to deal with it, but we knew the market had become incredibly crowded, and not being in SF was making it even harder to sell.
Those are the highs and lows people don't see. Sometimes everything falls apart at once, and it happens so fast you don't even know how feel.
One thing was certain: we didn't want to give up. So we buckled up and started figuring out what was next. Fortunately, every road led to @supafork.
This launch video has been sitting with us for the last two months, and we thought we'd finally put it out there to honor the creator who put so much work into it.
