The only thing the IRGC understands is economic hurt. And it’s not hurting them enough now. We can make it up to the people and send in relief and feed them and rebuild. Sadly, people have to get hurt sometimes for governments to act. Hiroshima is the worst example, but it prevented the deaths of millions. It’s a harsh reality in our broken world. doesn’t mean you have to like it.
@marcinko_nick The honorable thing for Mr. Kopp to do is to go to his friend and mentor and say “I found a job somewhere else and appreciate all you’ve done for me…“
The issue isn’t whether to fire Sully. He’s one of the best head coaches in the country, if not the best. The issue is internal subordinate leadership, particularly Mr. Kopp. It is probably time for Mr. Kopp to do the right thing for his friend and mentor and to move on. Even though Mr. Kopp is a good recruiter, he does not appear to be an elite program decision-maker and player developer.
It seems that one of those reflections is going to have to be the Gators relationship with the pitching coach, Mr. Kopp. It may be time for Kopp to gracefully “move on“ and find another position/school. I think that would be best for both Gator BB and Mr. Kopp. That’s a complex decision given that he appears to be a good recruiter. But, as a decision maker and player developer, Mr. Kopp needs some work it appears and being a good recruiter is not enough. @GrahamHall@GatorDave_GB
@ZachAbolverdi Did Kopp influence the post MacDonald pitcher selection? He was there, he knew the pitchers warming up, their preparation, readiness, I do wonder what role he played in that faithful decision. We’ll probably never know. Any insider information? @GrahamHall@GatorDave_GB
@Smit0505@GatorsScott Gators being humiliated by a team whose stadium holds 2,500, no internet or boxes, they do have a patio and renovated heavily in 1991.
