In a effort to surport local businesses, I have booked a table at my local for a Sunday drink and a bite to eat.
Just wondering if I am doing enough (before lockdown), should I book a table every day I can this week ?
Every little helps π.
@lazygamereviews I used to play this with a friend using his PC and me with a Atari ST and a very long null modem cable, we would fly for hours trying to find each other.
@lazygamereviews Then every tape and hard drive bleeps to say it has power, before the big fixed hard drives start to spin up.
The printers would raise there covers, and the glass sliding doors to the tape drives would all open in order.Youwould then realise what a nosey environment you worked in
@lazygamereviews You would of loved being a IBM Mainframe computer operator on the 80's then.
Walk into a dead computer room, and press the big MG power on button, then starts the roar of the air con.
Then lots of clicks from around the room, the clicking of 8"floppies loading microcode.
@LoneLycaon @lazygamereviews In the UK Amstrad made something similar badged as a Sinclair computer, it was more Amiga A500 size and did not sell very well.
