@tiktok_us My account ShookByAva was permanently banned in error. My previous two misinformation strikes are over 90 days old and my latest video was clearly entertainment/creepy theory content. I was simply reading creepy ufo stories and theories off of Reddit hints me saying OP AKA ORIGINAL POSTER. according to TikTok’s guidelines misinformation is something that causes harm to individuals or society and I do not think creepy ufo stories cause harm to either I’ve submitted an appeal but it was denied and I have submitted feedback tickets I would appreciate a manual review of this recent violation that cause my ban and of the past two violations. These bans are obviously made and decided by bots because of the fact there is no misinformation in a scary story that is obviously for entertainment purposes. Thank you.

@TikTokSupport My TikTok account Shookbyava was wrongfully banned and I have submitted an appeal that was denied but I can tell my account was not reviewed by a human. This has happened to me before but my account was quickly reinstated after a human review. I can also provide the transcript of the video that caused my BAN. It clearly says OP which means original poster and it's already existing scary ufo stories and theories-- I'm reading off the internet. It's very obviously just scary stories/theories for entertainment only and was obviously not presented as verified facts and it does not violate Community Guidelines to read spooky Ufo stories of what people think occured--the spooky creepy scary part implies it's just that--a fictional scary story. My account has been suspended before for the exact same reason and reviewed by a human and this allowed my account to be reinstated. My only other strikes are on two videos and it was labeled as misinformation and according to tiktoks own guidelines this is not a serious violation.Based on TikTok's published strike policy, my understanding is that violations older than 90 days should no longer count toward account enforcement. Two of the strikes associated with my account were more than 90 days old, and I respectfully ask that their applicability be reviewed as part of this decision. My frontier flight post was not a fight or any kind of violence, it was someone being restrained because they attempted to open the door during the flight--no violence was shown or promoted, it was a simple news story, and I got this story and video from the Daily Mail which still has the exact same video up but I have edited mine and provided commentary. I also included screenshots where my account was wrongly suspended/banned before for the exact same reason and then reviewed by a human and the account was made active again. My only other two violations for this account are over 90 days old. My previous violations were not serious violations according to the current tik tok guidelines. Both are labeled misinformation.
