You are honest enough to mention that this person was on inmunotherapy, which is highly effective in a number of colorectal cancers (non pMMR / MSS). The ivermectin and fenbendazole probably had not much to do with the shrinkage. But I am sure they have a role as part of a more comprehensive off label / repurposed meds cocktail, supported by lifestyle interventions.
