Dialysis called me about a poor lady who was on vacation from another state when her #fistula clotted. #InThrill to macerate and remove clot, 2mg tPA, and fogarty for AA pull through. Not fun, but thrill restored. Hopefully the rest of her vacation went well! #IRad
