My friends just drove 14hrs with their adult son with special needs. @DoubleTree won’t let them check in an hour early without charging a fee PLUS the ADA room they requested isn’t available.

So they’re sitting in the car in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin waiting.

Marietta to Dallas. Approximately 20 miles from origin to destination. 1, maybe 2 days at most. But NO!!
USPS sent it to Memphis! An entirely different state!! Almost 400 miles away! I need to understand WHY??
