@Cofcapitalarb Builders are like financial companies, with high leverage and small builders have disadvantage on borrowing cost. I like the founder, but the company is having lower profit margins than peers, although their bets on which cities to invest seems to show good visions.

Vtech (HK:0303) (VTKLY) just trades at its 52-week low and almost half of its normal value, but its main business (pre-school toys) doesn't seem to be impacted by pandemic according to Mattel's recent earnings. I will have a SA article for this one.
