Downloading the ROM from someone else is illegal, especially if you don't own the said game. Although, if you own the game from the ROM you download online, it may be considered the gray zone.

@TheOgIronWolf Because SONY is killing physical media, so they're sending hate comments at anyone buying GTA 6 or any games at all just to give money to SONY. I don't like the way SONY and Rockstar is going with physical either, but sending hate comments isn't the right way to go about it.
