While humans carry out social distancing, a group of 14 elephants broke into a village in Yunan province, looking for corn and other food. They ended up drinking 30kg of corn wine and got so drunk that they fell asleep in a nearby tea garden. 😂
Watch this. It shows why we should all do the right thing and stay home to the fullest extent possible. All of us can help slow the spread of the virus, protecting the elderly, the vulnerable, and each other. https://t.co/FgffQrMVB7
If you’re wondering whether it’s an overreaction to cancel large gatherings and public events (and I love basketball), here’s a useful primer as to why these measures can slow the spread of the virus and save lives. We have to look out for each other. https://t.co/Ld7Uc8sPTQ
@RMcCheung Not sure if it is illegal to advertise an item at a sale price which is much lower than competitors and not actually have the item in stock or plan to, but this is the reason for my complaint.
@RMcCheung I purchased a Pit Boss 820 pellet grill from Best Buy online for $749 invoice # 962934. it arrived on August 1 I unboxed it and found it was smashed. I called and got a exchange #0253 9836.
@RMcCheung Later that evening, I was on their website and saw they were sold out. The next morning, August 2, at 10 AM they were advertising the exact same product for $449 still and still makes as sold out. I
@RMcCheung I called Best Buy and talked to 3 different people across the country to see when they would be restocked and no one could tell me when just that they were out of stock.
@RMcCheungand 10:00 Friday morning they restocked the smoker and then instantly sold out of this item at a price that is hundreds of dollars less than their competitors. Thank you for your time
@RMcCheung That has been sent to the CAFC fraud reporting system report # 2019-41435, but like I said, I’m not sure if this act is illegal or just real poor business practice
@RMcCheung If the Item was actually restocked then this is just really poor customer service as I should have received the smoker. After finding they were out of stock, I opted for a refund reference invoice #900-190807-650197 which brings me to my next complaint. I
@RMcCheung I purchased $350 worth of Best Buy gift cards specifically for the purpose of buying that smoker. They were not a gift from someone for me to pick up a random item up from your store.
@RMcCheung I found the same smoker at another store, but your policy doesn’t allow you to refund my cards. I know there are policies for a reason, but I am not some guy off the street trying to exchange plastic for money.
@RMcCheung spent 895.98 on a product that arrived broken and have now spent countless hours trying to correct this. Can anyone help me: Polly Tracey VP communications, Angela Scardillo Senior VP Marketing, Ron Wilson president international?
@RMcCheung
I guess I will have to make more posts on Instagram until I get the right person’s attention. You can also contact my wife @superbuds or me at @stevesmith702 Thanks.
